The bachelor's program in Medicine starts with a foundation year of two terms covering variety of courses. These courses are: English, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Medical Terminology, Medical Ethics and Computer Technology.

After successful completion of the foundation year, students will have to spend the required years according to their majors. After graduating the student has the opportunity to spend a final year of internship at the Saudi German Hospitals Group to obtain the Bachelors degree in their speciality.
