BMC's HR department in Collaboration with IT department launched an Online for its staff on February 07, 2012 in a grand ceremony. More than 100 staff & faculty members attended the session with great zeal & excitement. All of the College's staff were later given an orientation regarding the HR portal in College's e-lab. This HR Portal contains a series of online learning course followed by quizzes. After successful completion of these course modules, staff shall be awarded with certificates. This portal is further complemented by an online library of Audio & E-books

On this occasion Dr Khalid, College's Dean, expressed his excitement at these developments and said that "when you look at our institution's name its Batterjee Medical College for Sciences & Technology. The Technology part over here is not just a mere label. Its our philosophy of working. We believe that we can use technology not only as an Academic Solution in form of Simulation Labs, Online Testing but also an Administrative solution. And this is indeed a big step towards that"

Mr. Kashif Majeed, college's IT manager, also emphasized that this initiative is in line with College's Technological vision which is to make BMC completely automated operationally.

Mr. Asghar, from the HR Department, highlighted that easy of delivery of e-learning will ensure consistent training sessions. This will certainly add value to the continuing education of the BMC Staff in the long run.
