Note: All high school applicants will join the Preparatory Year (Also known as Foundation Year), (except those wanting to apply for Healthcare Administration) and will join the program based on their Preparatory Year grades, preferences and seat availability. |
Rules of Registration and Admission
- General rules:
- Saudi high school applicant(s) (Saudi curriculum)
- International high school applicant(s) (International curriculum)

- Visit BMC for proper enrollment in system within the given time period.
- Pay the first semester tuition fee.
- Submit original high school certificate/Transcript/ Diploma certificate.
- Submit BMC medical report (Registration fee is not refundable for medically unfit students)
- Submit copy of Saudi ID/Iqama and passport.
- Submit six passport size pictures.
1.1. Registration & Admission will be granted on a “First qualified, first served” basis.
1.2. It is mandatory for all the applicants to register online.
1.3. Online registration is not the confirmation of admission. Acceptance of admission will be confirmed after passing the personal interview. Applicants failing the interview cannot get admission in BMC.
1.4. BMC will not accept any document without online registration. Applicants have to attach all required documents (High school certificate, Diploma certificate, Transcript, copy of Saudi ID /Iqama, copy of passport, pictures, etc) on online portal.
1.5. BMC will not accept medically unfit applicants.
1.6. Four types of applicants can apply in BMC:
2.1. All applicant(s) will have to go through a personal interview at the BMC campus.
2.2. BMC will invite the eligible applicant(s) for a personal interview any time during the registration period.
2.3. BMC will send an email for the interview. If applicant(s) don't receive any emails within two weeks after online registration then the applicant(s) must visit the college.
2.4. Registration fee must be paid before the interview. For refunding registration fees, refer to the “Fee Refund” procedure.
2.5. Applicant(s) having an international curriculum will go through the BET (Batterjee Entrance Test) before the interview.
2.6. Applicant(s) must bring the registration fee receipt and the “online registration code” at the time of interview.
2.7. Interview result can be notified to the applicant(s) through SMS and/or email on registered contact information.
2.8. Applicant(s) should bring their original High school certificate and original Saudi ID/Iqama to show their identity at the time of interview.
2.9. Applicant(s) have to inform BMC in case of their absence from the interview, otherwise the interview will be cancelled.
3.1. Upon getting email of “Acceptance of admission”, applicant(s) must follow the below rules otherwise the seat will be cancelled:
Requirements for Saudi High School Applicants
- Applicants must be a holder of high school certificate with science subjects.
- High school certificate must not be older than 5 years (from the date of graduation) at the time of registration in BMC.
- Applicant must have Qudrata and Tahsili results
Rules & Requirements for International High School Graduates
- High school certificate with science subjects, attested by concern Ministries
- For British curriculum: “O level” with 6 subjects which must include Biology, Chemistry, Mathematic, Physics and English. ”AS/A level” with 2 subjects Biology & Chemistry/Physics
- High school certificate must not be older than 5 years
Note: All High school applicants will join Preparatory year and will join the program based on their Preparatory year grades, merit and availability of seats
Rules & Requirements for Bridging Applicants
- BMC accepts diploma applicants in Pharmacy, Respiratory Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Radiological Sciences and Healthcare Administration.
- All types of diploma applicants can join the program in which they have finished their diploma
- Applicants having diploma of 3 years or more, may join from the 3rd year of program
- Applicants having diploma less than 3 years, may join from the 2nd year of program
- High School Certificate.
- Diploma Certificate and Transcript
- Certificate of Professional Accreditation from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties(with valid date)
- No objection certificate from work place (If the applicant is working)
- TOEFL, ILETS or Step as mention in the table:

Rules for Preparatory Year Graduated Applicants
Applicants who have completed the Preparatory year from other college/university with science subjects can apply for any program in BMC as per below criteria:
- CGPA 4.5 and above (out of 5) can apply for any programs in BMC.
- CGPA from 4 to 4.4 can apply for Pharmacy (Pharm-D), Respiratory Therapy, Physiotherapy, Radiological Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Administration
- CGPA from 3.5 to 3.9 can apply for Physiotherapy, Radiological Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Administration.
- The applicant can repeat the preparatory year if he/she wishes to improve GPA
Rules & Requirements for Transfer Applicants
- Applicants studying in other colleges/universities can transfer to BMC in any program.
- Following documents are required from transfer applicants:
- High School Certificate
- Curriculum of the Studied Major
- Transcript with completed credit hours
Fee Structure
Registration fees:
- All the applicant(s) have to pay the registration fee (SR 3,500) at the time they apply to BMC for admission.
- The registration fee is payable only once at the time of registration.
Tuition fees:
- After the acceptance into BMC all students are required to pay semester tuition fees within a given time period.

Scholarship and Financial Support
AL-FORSAN SCHOLARSHIP
Al-Forsan Scholarship is designed for students with excellent academic achievement and ability to make a difference in community service. It covers a student’s tuition fees up to 600,000 Saudi Riyals. Social Responsibility Candidates must be willing to participate in community service.
Scholarship Requirements
- Academic excellenceCandidates must have high academic performance. They must present their grades, and certificates of excellence previously obtained.
- Personal SkillsCandidates must have leadership, team work and positive communication skills.
- Al-Forsan TestCandidates must pass Al-fursan test on the science subjects, held in BMC.
- The personal interviewCandidates must pass the personal interview with the grant committee.

DAAEM PROGRAM
This program aims to improve the level of education and prepare qualified members in the medical field to meet the needs of the labor market. The program alleviates financial pressures on the family in paying the tuition fees.

- Paying 35% of the tuition fees during the study period.
- Paying 65% of the remaining fees after graduation in instalments in a period equal to the years of study
- Available for all nationalities
TOMOH PROGRAM
Tomoh program offers opportunities for applicants to study free of charge during the study period and to pay the tuition fees after graduation in installments

TAMKEEN PROGRAM
The program aims to support students acheving their scientific goals, by enabling them to study the preparatoy year free of charge.

IQRAA SCHOLARSHIP
It is a partial scholarship in collaboration between BMC and Dallah Al Baraka Holding Group.
AL-SUBH AL-KHALID PROGRAM
The program lends the student half of the tuition fees and the remaining is paid by the student. After graduation, the student will pay the rest of the tuition fees in installments in a period equal to the years of study

- 12% discount on tuition fees.
- Paying 50% of the tuition fees during the years of study
- Paying 50% of the remaining fees after graduation in instalments in a period equal to the years of study.
- Available for all nationalities.
SPONSOR SUPPORT PROGRAM
Full or partial scholarship is provided jointly with BMC and charitable organizations to enhance community development.
ABNA’A AL SHUHADA’A SCHOLARSHIP
To support the children of the martyrs of the homeland, BMC provides a full tuition fee scholarship to them.

EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIPS
- High school graduates
- 50% of the preparatory year tuition fees for the students achieving 90% to 100%.
- 10% of the preparatory year tuition fees for the students achieving 85% to 89.99%.
- Transferred students from other universities
- 20% of the first academic year tuition fees for students achieving GPA 4 and above.
- 10% of the first academic year tuition fees for students achieving GPA 3.5 to 3.99.
- BMC regular students
- 20% of the next academic year tuition fees for students achieving 95% and above.
- 15% of the next academic year tuition fees for students achieving 90% to 94.99%.
BMC EXCEPTIONAL DISCOUNTS
- 10% discount for bridging students (sponsored programs not included).
- 50% for employees’ children in BMC, and Saudi German Hospital Group.
- 10% upon paying full annual tuition fees at the beginning of the academic year (If student not availing any other discount or scholarship).
Reactivation
BMC No show or withdrawal student(s) may rejoin within two years from the date of No show or withdrawal in the system. After two years, there will be no reactivation, but student(s) can start their studies from the beginning in BMC as per new admission and registration requirements.
Al- Forsan Scholarship Rules
- BMC is offers two types of Al-Forsan scholarships
- 50% Al-Forsan scholarship.
- 100% Al-Forsan scholarship
- Al-Forsan scholarships will be awarded to both BMC regular student(s) and newly registered student(s).
- New applicants must be registered online on the BMC portal in order to apply for Al-Forsan scholarships.
- Al-Forsan scholarships will be conducted during the registration period for the new registered student(s) and in the start of the 1st semester for BMC regular students.
- Al-Forsan scholarships will cover the tuition fee only.
- Once the student lostes the scholarship, he/she has to apply again as a new applicant.
- All students/applicants with 95% and above annual grades in high school or in BMC current annual grades can apply for the Al-Forsan scholarship.
- Students/applicants must not have any warning letters (If BMC becomes aware of this at any time durinh his/her studies, he/she he/she will lose the Al-Forsan scholarship).
- Students should not get any warning letter.
- Students should get 85% or above to continue the awarded scholarship (100% Al-Forsan scholarship or 50% Al-Forsan scholarship).
- If the student average is from 80% to 84.99% the 100% Al-Forsan scholarship will cover 50% of the tuition fees and 50% Al-Forsan scholarship will cover 25% of the tuition fees.
- There will be no scholarship if the student average is less than 80%.

Renewal of Scholarship:
After getting the Al- Forsan scholarship, the scholarship is to be renewed yearly based on the below criteria:
Holding Studies
Students may withdraw from the college any time during the studies for any reason. In such case, the student should submit the withdrawal request to the Student Affairs Department for approval.
A student may hold for a maximum of two years during their studies in BMC.

Students may withdraw from the college any time during the studies for any reason. In such case, the student should submit the withdrawal request to the Student Affairs Department for approval.
Fee Refund
1) Students can request the refund of amount paid by himself/herself based on the following:
- An extra paid amount by the student
- An amount paid for a service but cancelled by the college
- An amount paid for a service which is not availed of the student.
Registration fee refund:
- The Registration fee is refundable in particular conditions:
- If the applicant is rejected in the interview
- Non availability of seats
- If the college did not contact the student
- The registration fee is Non-refundable in particular conditions:
- If the applicant did not appear for the interview on given date and time.
- If the applicant did not to continue after getting acceptance from BMC.
- If the applicant is not meeting the admission requirements.
- If the applicant submit fake documents/information for admission (identified anytime during their studies).
- If the applicant failed to submit the required documents or semester tuition fee within prescribed/said time period after getting acceptance from BMC.
- If the applicant did not respond back to the college within prescribed/said time period after receiving any SMS or email from BMC.
Tuition fee refund:
- Newly registered students:
- Newly registered student(s) can get the refund of full tuition fee if he/she withdraws any time one week before the start of the academic year.
- If newly registered student(s) applies for the withdrawal during the last week before the start of academic year, he/she will get the refund of 90% tuition fee.
- At the start of academic year in case newly registered student(s) did not attend the classes and want to withdraw from the college, then the tuition fee is refundable as per the table below:
- If the newly registered student(s) attend the classes and want to withdraw from the college than the tuition fee is refundable as per the table below:
- BMC regular students:
- BMC regular student(s) can get the refund of full paid tuition fees upon withdrawal/termination if he/she did not attend the classes.
- If BMC regular student(s) attend the classes and want to withdraw/terminated from the college then tuition fee is refundable as per the table below:
