It was once said “Occupational Therapy (OT) is the healing of the mind, body and soul!”. OT is a human health specialty that aims to enhance a person's ability, independence and quality of functioning in activities of daily living. It supports motor, mental and social skills and research proved that the inclusion of Occupational Therapist in the multidisciplinary medical rehabilitation team improves integrated treatment planning. OT is modern and unique and we at Batterjee Medical College are proud to establish the first OT Program approved by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) in the private sector of Saudi higher education.
